Elly Perets joined Utilis in 2015. Before, he founded Progressive Labs and served as the CEO, providing an innovative SAAS based software solution for retailers worldwide. Elly served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pageflex Inc., a US based company, operating from Marlborough MA, providing web-based branding, documenting compassion engines and campaign management solutions. Elly has a vast knowledge in Theory of Constraints having served as a consultant at the Goldratt Group. Prior to that, Elly served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Press-sense Ltd., a web-based software management systems provider.

Elly Holds a Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, The Wharton School and the School of Engineering & Applied Science as well as a Law degree (L.L.B) and a Business degree from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzlia, Israel.

Will is an internationally recognized thought leader on water strategy and innovation. He was ranked as; A Key Player Pressuring Businesses to Care About Water and one of the Top 15 Interviews In Smart Water Magazine 2019. He has been a sustainability and water strategy advisor to multinationals, water technology companies, investors and non-governmental organizations for his entire career. Will works with multinationals on corporate water strategies, water technology innovation and water market entry strategies. His work with water technology companies is as a strategy advisor and investor.

Prior to Water Foundry Will was a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting and founded and led the water strategy practice. He was the founder and CEO of DOMANI, a sustainability strategy firm, prior to Deloitte.

As a seasoned author Will has written numerous books and articles and continues to present on subjects such as the value of water, innovations in digital water technology, the circular economy, and the energy-water-food nexus. He is the author of: “Corporate Water Strategies” (Earthscan 2011, and in Chinese by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press 2013); “Water Tech – A Guide to Investment, Innovation and Business Opportunities in the Water Sector” (Sarni, W. and Pechet, T., Routledge 2013); “Beyond the Energy – Water – Food Nexus: New Strategies for 21st Century Growth” (Dō Sustainability 2015), and his latest books “Water Stewardship and Business Value: Creating Abundance from Scarcity” (Sarni, W., and Grant, D., Routledge 2018) and “Creating 21st Century Abundance through Public Policy Innovation: Moving Beyond Business as Usual” (Sarni, W. and Koch, G., Greenleaf Publishing 2018). He is currently working on “Digital Water: New Technologies for a More Resilient, Secure and Equitable Water Future” (Routledge, 2021).

Sarni is a co-founder of WetDATA.org and a Board Member of Flowater, Silver Bullet, Project WET and the Rocky Mountain Rowing Club. He is the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for the WAITRO Global Water Innovation Summit 2020, on the Executive Council of NOAA’s National Integrated Drought Information System (NIDIS); Editorial Board of the Journal of Water Security and a Technical Advisor for the Climate Bonds Initiative: Nature- Based Solutions for Climate and Water Resilience. He was an Advisor to the 2020 X-PRIZE, Infinity Water Prize, the Bold Visioneer for the 2016 X-PRIZE Safe Drinking Water Team and was on the Scientific Program Committee for Stockholm World Water Week from 2013 through 2019.

Yaniv is blending experience from diverse areas into his passion, transforming complex problems into clear stories and simple to use products. Yaniv has 30 years of experience in operating and designing complex aerospace systems and other mission-critical products where he practiced techniques to lower operators’ cognitive load and create an optimal user experience.

Yaniv founded and owned a Product Design firm and then established and managed the Elbit Systems Product Design Department, before moving into Program and Product Management where he managed a $50M aerospace program for Elbit systems, a solar home generator for the rural African market for Lumos Global and an AR-for-drones mobile application for Edgybees.

While running those positions Yaniv practiced his creative skills into storytelling and marketing techniques to promote new products and initiatives both inside $3B global corporate and in fast-growing startups and firms and launched over 1000 products and campaigns.

Yaniv holds a Product Design diploma from Hadassah college and an MBA from Kellogg School, Northwestern Unversity, and Tel Aviv University.

Matthew is European Director at Isle Utilities, a specialist consultancy advising on the adoption of new technologies in the global water sector. Matthew has spent  25 years in the water industry, having spent time in management roles at a UK water utility, and time as a technology provider for the global water giant SUEZ. He now spends time helping technology providers and water utilities to navigate the complexities of finding, choosing, and assessing new technologies that move the sector forwards.Most recently Matthew has lead a study of the technology options that exist for water utilities to help manage the effects of the covid crisis, on behalf of 23 water utilities from around the world.

Bryan Stubbs is a recognized leader in technology based economic development. Since April of 2014 he has led the Cleveland Water Alliance (CWA), a leading water technology cluster consisting of corporations, universities, research institutions, public agencies, and utilities dedicated to the expansion of the Great Lakes regional blue economy. In that role he has leveraged and accelerated water technology to drive economic development including the addition of 900+ net new water economy jobs in Greater Cleveland since 2014. Recently he has led the creation of two water technology testbeds in partnership with the U.S. Dept of Commerce, annually runs a $100,000 open innovation challenge (program created in partnership with NASA), co-founded the Smart Great Lakes initiative, and launched a seven figure Smart Citizen Science Initiative in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. Currently he is fund raising for a $5m water technology seed investment fund in partnership with the State of Ohio. He Chair’s the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) Water Technology Innovation Clusters Program and serves as an appointed member to the US Department of Commerce’s Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC).

Before joining CWA, Stubbs led technology based economic development projects including the Oberlin Project where he served as the Managing Director as part of the US Green Building Council and Bloomberg C40 programs. Prior to his work in Oberlin Stubbs was the Director of Entrepreneurship at the Chicago Westside Entrepreneurship Center, a partnership program of the Illinois Dept. of Commerce, University of Illinois at Chicago and Chicago Community Ventures. Stubbs earned a BA from the University of Kansas, an MBA from the University of Illinois and an Executive MBA/MPA from the Presidio School of Management.
